Full Journal pdf2014-04-25 House Journal Page 2822 SB 191 The following, which was advanced to third reading from the April 23, 2014, calendar (page 2799), and held to today's calendar because session was canceled (page 2809), was read the third time: HOUSE CS FOR CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 191(FIN) "An Act relating to the authority of the Legislative Budget and Audit Committee to approve the temporary transfer of money from the general fund to construction funds or accounts; and providing for an effective date." The question being: "Shall HCS CSSB 191(FIN) pass the House?" The roll was taken with the following result: HCS CSSB 191(FIN) Third Reading Final Passage YEAS: 38 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 2 ABSENT: 0 Yeas: Austerman, Chenault, Costello, Drummond, Edgmon, Feige, Foster, Gara, Gattis, Gruenberg, Guttenberg, Hawker, Herron, Higgins, Holmes, Hughes, Isaacson, Johnson, Josephson, Kawasaki, Keller, Kito III, Kreiss-Tomkins, LeDoux, Millett, Munoz, Nageak, Neuman, Olson, Pruitt, Saddler, Seaton, Stoltze, Tarr, Thompson, Tuck, P.Wilson, T.Wilson Excused: Lynn, Reinbold And so, HCS CSSB 191(FIN) passed the House. Representative Pruitt moved and asked unanimous consent that the roll call on the passage of the bill be considered the roll call on the effective date clause. There being no objection, it was so ordered. HCS CSSB 191(FIN) was referred to the Chief Clerk for engrossment.
